I'm a Greeting Card Designer
I have had my ETSY shop since 2006. Benchmark Greeting Cards are a passion project of mine. They have been there, like a good friend I haven't seen in a while. They say the things I wish I could say to the people in my life and perhaps, if you read them, you will find the same things.
I'm a writer
Never in a million years, if you would've asked my high school self if I would love writing as part of my purpose, I would've said no way. Since 2001, I started my writing journey with my college roommate, writing emails called "My High/Low" every day to which turned into a blog and then a website and now, regular stream of consciousness downloads that I am STILL so amazed, come out so fluently. Surprisingly, I absolutely LOVE expressing myself in words.

I'm a codependent in recovery
Since discovering in 2016 that I am codependent, I have worked really hard to learn what it is, who I attract and to look at and heal from my own codependent grooming; being the first one in my family to end the lineage of generational trauma and shame, so much so that others regularly come to me to hold their hand through their journey to healing too.
And I am still blown away, and honored that they do.
And I'm funny too.
Whether you see me in person over coffee, on a livestream, giving a talk or during a Daydreaming Session, you'll see I have a snarky and sarcastic sense of humor.
