once you see what you were taught/experienced, you can then use new tools, new beliefs to create a new reality.
*I love working with the subconscious mind to do this.

Repetition and habit are required in order to make all you're unlearning/learning STICK.
Taking all our new knowledge and applying it, is what we call LIFE.
